Kick off at 11.30am with a culinary masterclass in all things truffle with resident Chef Tony Howell. You'll gain some great recipes to make the most of truffle season, plus general kitchen tips, tricks and chef secrets. Then take a seat in the lakeside restaurant for a decadent 4-course lunch a la truffle, complete with delicious wines from the Cape Lodge Estate.
