Event description

Join our Sister Project Community Cooking sessions for a culinary journey. Through sharing a savoury and a sweet recipe with stories, these sessions are an opportunity to explore food and culture, learn, laugh and make new friends.

In this session Rima will be showing us some delicious recipes from her homeland of Jordan. Be ready to learn and taste the deliciousness of one savoury (Pide) and sweet dish (Kanefe).

In this session you will enjoy:

  • Non-alcoholic drink on arrival (please BYO alcoholic drink if preferred)
  • Cooking demonstration with participation
  • Learn how to master the art of balancing spices and herbs to achieve authentic Middle Eastern flavours
  • Listen to and share cultural stories and traditions
