The team at Children's Autism Foundation (now proudly integrated with Autism New Zealand) presents "Cool Kids, Calm Bodies", a 2‐hour online workshop for parents & whanau and any professionals who engage with children and young people on the autism spectrum. You will leave this workshop with a better understanding of anxiety in autistic children and with simple & practical strategies to support your child or the children you work with.

Topics include:

What is anxiety?
How does anxiety affect autistic children?
Practical strategies & an anxiety "toolkit" to help manage/reduce anxiety & build resilience in children & young people

Plus plenty of time for Q&A at the end of the session.

This live online workshop will answer your questions and provide you with knowledge & strategies to support children through their anxiety and build reslience.
