Dinner on Friday night to take place at the Rainbow Beach Sports Club. Note: all tickets include GST and the Humanitix service charge. Dinner Options: Main Only - Roast of the Day: tender and flavourful roast, served with roasted root crops, steamed seasonal vegetables and Yorkshire pudding topped with gravy. - Chicken Fettucine Carbonara: tender fettuccine tossed with grilled chicken, crispy bacon, onions, and a rich combination of egg yolks, parmesan, stock, and cream - Chargrilled Vegetable Stack: selection of chargrilled seasonal vegetables and flavourful herbs, formed in a stack topped with a napoli sauce, feta and tasty cheeses. You will start Friday afternoon with a workshop and then on Saturday and Sunday you will go out into the field and work with Dion, Robyn, and a different visiting scientist each day to hone your Nature Journaling skills through hands on practice. Participants are encouraged to bring your own Nature Journaling kit. site. Dion will reach out with an email after you have registered to provide additional details. NOTE: Nature Journaling participants must also purchase a regular BioBlitz registration ticket.
