PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A NEW START TIME OF 5:30AM

Step into a magical morning every Thursday at 5:30am START with Sunrise Sisterhood at Coolum Beach.

Each week, a dedicated facilitator guides us through a transformative session, featuring yoga, pilates, meditation, breath work, qigong, dance, and more.

This FREE gathering is designed to unite women on the Sunshine Coast, fostering connection, collaboration, and co-creation. Here, you can express yourself freely or simply just BE.

Let’s show some love for our instructors and the early risers heading to work after our event and arrive 15 minutes before we kick off. We start at 5:30am on the dot!

Please bring along, a towel and/or yoga mat, water bottle and swimmers as it is warming up. (please note the yoga mats do get sandy so I would suggest NOT brining a good yoga mat along)

Coffee and Connection - after our session each week we head across the road for a coffee and catch up, so if you have time we would love for you to join us.

PLEASE NOTE that if it is raining or bad weather we relocate the event to Peregian Beach Surf Club, 5/11 Kingfisher Dr, Peregian Beach.

If this is the case, you will need to please bring $5 to contribute towards the hire of the hall.
