The benefits of Artificial Intelligence for small businesses - where to start & what to think about.

Join Telstra's Regional Engagement Manager, Christina Cawkell, in an engaging and open conversation on how AI-powered solutions offer the potential for a range of benefits for businesses of all sizes, but especially small businesses operating in regional Australia.

Christina will touch on topics such as what AI actually means, how it can be used to extend skills and make new capabilities more accessible for your business, enable richer experiences with your customers and employees, and help enhance security.

We'll start with the basics and look at applications of AI tools to enhance various functions across your business. We'll talk about chatbots for reservations and customer enquiries, AI use in streamlining sales tasks, digital marketing, bookkeeping, and accountancy, to name a few topics of interest.

Most importantly, we'll focus on how you can experiment safely as you explore and/or develop your AI strategy.
