Stay active on the weekend with us in Bellevue Hill on Sunday mornings at 10:00am.

The session begins with a meet and greet and some stretching.

We then begin a group / self-paced stairs fitness session. Please read our disclaimer below before coming to the gathering.

After our fitness session, we will close off the session with a group meditation practice to reconfigure our minds in a positive and calm way.

Join us for Coffee @ Blip Cafe afterwards from 11:00am onwards. Meet new people and enjoy a coffee after a good sweat and meditation.
