Now that your baby is here, do you think you should be feeling happier than you do?

Do you feel depressed, angry, or lonely? Is parenthood different than you thought it would be?

Big changes can bring up big feelings, and you’re not alone.

Coping with Change is a free group where new parents and caregivers can talk openly and honestly—and cry, if you need to!—about all the feelings that come when a baby joins your life. Whether this is your first time welcoming a child into your family or you’re adjusting to an additional child, this group is for you.

Join us for this 5-week group where you’ll:

· Meet other parents and caregivers in a casual atmosphere

· Share openly and honestly with other people who get it

· Get tools to cope with your feelings

· Find support from people who get you

Available at each session:

· Bus tickets

· Healthy snack

· Free parking

This group will meet the following Monday afternoons from 1:00pm-3:00pm:

· September 14, 2026

· September 21, 2026

· September 28, 2026

· October 5, 2026

· October 12, 2026

Registration is for all 5 weeks of the group.
