Monique from Mind Art Therapy and Jane from Heart through art, will lead 2 x 4 week Coping Creatively Through Covid programs at Artworks Inc, Holly Cottage, Hackham.

The 'Art for Wellbeing' programs have been created to give participants a place to connect with others, explore and express themselves through art making and create ways to help manage the impact COVID 19 has had on their lives.

These are not art lessons, therefore no previous art 'expertise' is required. This is a non-judgmental, safe space to explore, connect, share stories and enjoy the process of making art for wellbeing. Mistakes and mess making very welcome.

All Art Materials are provided.

COVID safe practices are in place, therefore spaces are strictly limited. Please book to avoid disappointment.

Please notify us if you have any allergies to certain materials, ie latex gloves etc...

Monique will facilitate 4 morning sessions, Thursdays 10:15- 12:15, Dates: October 15th, 22nd, 29th and November 12th (no session on the 5th November)
