Cal Caucus 2024: Piloting Stormy Seas to Safe Harbor

Welcome!

In the maritime world, a harbor pilot temporarily joins a vessel to guide it safely to its next port of call. They must know and consider all relevant conditions in the area, such as currents and hazards, to expertly navigate a ship to its destination. Just like harbor pilots, ombuds are trusted to help others traverse rough waters and unknown territory to a safer, better place. Join us for the 51st California Caucus of College and University Ombuds as we explore how we continue to be the harbor pilots for our visitors and institutions while making sure that we stay afloat in stormy seas.

Registration Payment and Cancellation Policy

All payments must be received by October 4, 2024. Any registration not paid in full by that date will be canceled and someone from the waitlist will be offered the ticket. 

Refunds:

Life and plans change.  We know.  

If you need to modify or cancel your registration, please contact the Conference Registrars at hello@calcaucus.com.

Cancellations, received by email prior to October 10, 2024, will receive a full refund minus a $75 USD cancellation fee, if the room reserved by the participant can be filled by another participant from the waitlist. Unfortunately, cancellations requested after October 10, 2024 present significant logistical challenges and will be at the discretion of the Registrar.

Registration will be open until October 4,2024  or until capacity is reached.
