Hello and Welcome to this Winter Seasonal offering!

Have you noticed your life carving more of a never-ending LINEAR path that is dictated by time or following a CYCLICAL path that is regenerative, governed by nature and restores our inner and outer connection, freedom and sovereignty?

Ultimately, it requires deep courage and conviction to change our beliefs and gradually opt out of the systems we are embedded within to embody a regenerative way of life and live authentically. Purpose begins here, in the awareness of who we are as energy and light and the relational nature of our energy to all other living energies and systems. There's a world of wisdom waiting for us on infinite levels. This offering touches on a few of these levels and how we can embody them practically!

Natural cycles and rhythms restore our TRUE NATURE, if we choose to embody them intentionally.

We're always entering new phases of awareness with these rhythms and cycles that helps us awaken to our own perceptions of 'normal' and begin embracing regenerative inspiration, wisdom and embodied rhythms. What that looks like is always evolving but teaching others about the simplicity of these natural rhythms and how to embody them in exciting ways is all part of my mission!

Honouring who I AM as NATURE and bringing back deeper meaning to peoples lives in a relational way warms my heart.

It's a natural way of being that many of us have forgotten due to both unconscious and conscious choices and modern societal influences that have directed us away from accessing our original DNA coding based in natural wisdom. None of this is new, it's a remembering and embodiment of who we are.

It's starts on both the inner and outer planes, on the cellular and cosmic levels, where everything is interconnected and reordering itself based on the simplicity of the YIN YANG principles - everything is energy that is complimentary and opposite in nature and always returning to whoieness. Like the Moon (yin) and Sun (Yang) always working in balanced harmony with rising and setting, our bodies work in the same magical way. How can we connect more deeply with these natural forces and appreciate their healing and activation qualities? Here's the fun and magic!

From here we move in a nested way towards understanding our daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, annual and life phase rhythms to establish solid foundations in natural wisdom. They are all multilayered and deeply interconnected so this is not a quick fix to all life's complexities, it's a life commitment to something other than what we perceive to be 'normal'.

It's not replacing what we have, it's simply honouring WHAT WAS whilst journeying into WHAT IS to co-create with the natural forces, elements and universal intelligence that already exists.

This is the seed I am planting on this 8/8 Lion's Gate portal energy.
