This architecturally designed sustainable home prioritizes health and well-being with natural, non-toxic materials and smart energy-saving features. Thoughtfully crafted with extensive insulation, thermal mass, and optimized window positioning, it stays comfortable year-round with minimal energy use. A hybrid solar system powers the home’s luxuries—like a handcrafted sauna, outdoor spa, and ducted air conditioning—while supplying excess power to the community. Natural timbers and venetian plaster walls create a hypoallergenic, mold-resistant, and termite-resistant living space, offering a serene, eco-conscious retreat.

You will need to book a ticket for a specific tour time. This is due to capacity restraints set by the homeowner to ensure the safety of all parties on the day. If you do not arrive at this time you will not be able to tour the home.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE HOME.

The exact house address will be emailed to you in the days before the event. Suburb and postcode information is displayed on your ticket.

Renew is a small not for profit organisation that needs to raise money from ticket sales to cover the costs of hosting this event. In some cases the ticket revenue may also be split with the homeowner.
