This 7.5-star rated suburban home is designed for solar passive living and future-proofed for all-electric efficiency. The layout balances large windows for natural light with strategic glazing, insulation, and eave depth to optimise comfort year-round. Features include solar hot water, a 10kWh solar PV system with high self-consumption, and provisions for a future battery system. Accessible design elements support aging in place, creating a light-filled, sustainable home.

Renew is a small not for profit organisation that needs to raise money from ticket sales to cover the costs of hosting this event. In some cases the ticket revenue may also be split with the homeowner.
