About this home

This certified Passive House features a mass timber structure and structurally insulated panels for reduced waste and faster build times. Thoughtful passive design maximizes northern sun exposure in winter while eaves block summer heat. Sustainable features include a green roof, constant fresh air via HRV, Bremworth carpets, Sussex tapware, and Concrete Nation fixtures. Running solely on a 41,000L water tank and powered by a 20kW solar PV system, the home embodies energy efficiency and sustainability at its core.

You will need to book a ticket for a specific tour time. This is due to capacity restraints set by the homeowner to ensure the safety of all parties on the day. If you do not arrive at this time you will not be able to tour the home.

Renew is a small not for profit organisation that needs to raise money from ticket sales to cover the costs of hosting this event. In some cases the ticket revenue may also be split with the homeowner.
