About this home

This north-south oriented, two-storey home in Southwest Victoria maximizes views while prioritizing sustainability. Built with 300mm thick lime-rendered hempcrete walls, it offers thermal efficiency, durability, and fire resistance (BAL 29). The all-electric home features uPVC triple-glazed windows, 6.6kW solar, reverse cycle air conditioning, a Sanden heat pump, and EV charger, achieving an 8.3 NatHERS rating. Designed for multi-generational living, the house is comfortable, adaptable, and low-maintenance.

Renew is a small not for profit organisation that needs to raise money from ticket sales to cover the costs of hosting this event. In some cases the ticket revenue may also be split with the homeowner.
