About this home

This 8 star rated home incorporates passive solar design elements such as east-west orientation with adequate eaves and large north windows, double-glazed windows, high levels of insulation and use of green energy bricks. Recycled materials such as bricks, flooring and pressed metal ceilings enchance both it's substainability and character.

Renew is a small not for profit organisation that needs to raise money from ticket sales to cover the costs of hosting this event. In some cases the ticket revenue may also be split with the homeowner.
