Yes team — this is a big one. 👀

For 24 hours straight, we're taking on the full HYROX format as a community, one hour at a time, one team at a time — through the sunset, through the dark, through the sunrise, all the way to the finish. And we're doing it to raise money for a cause very close to our hearts, terminal cancer.

Here's how it works: grab two mates, pick your hour, and give it everything you've got. Runs are shortened to 800m and the sled is push/pull, but otherwise it's the real deal — stations, sweat, and Sammie right there completing at least one station and one run with your team, every single hour.

The relay never stops. When your hour's up, the next crew picks up exactly where you left off — even mid-sled-push if that's how it lands. That's the beauty of it: one continuous effort, powered by everyone who shows up.
