Description:

After a busy day meeting everyone else’s needs, join Liz, from the comfort of your own home, in some well deserved self care time just for YOU!
In 30mins your stress and tensions will melt away and you will be left feeling nourished; content; loved and in the flow of clear energy.
Come as you are, screens on or off, it’s up to you. You just need to be able to hear me and I do recommend headsets or airpods for a more immersive experience.
Each week the meditation journey is different but always with the intention of the term as its foundation energy.

What's it all About:

This 6wk term the foundation energy that is woven through the meditation each week is VALUE SELF

You will have time to reflect on practices or ideas that are serving you well in your life and are encouraged to implement them for that week.
Each person on the live session receives blanket energy healing of Reiki and Pranic Healing from Liz. This beautiful activation of energy is captured in the recording but participants tell me they feel it stronger on the live. Plus when people come together as a group for a common interest the energy will always feel stronger.

Joining Liz on the live is a fabulous way to support your practice if you are trying to use meditation as a regular self care tool in your life.

Once paid your spot is secure and the recording link will be emailed to you.

Each attendee will receive the meditation recording emailed to them with a password active for 7days within 24hrs following the session. You can listen to the recording as many times as you like over that week. Even if you miss the session you have paid for the recording will be emailed to you, some people can never make the live session but still love receiving the recording as it’s such a valuable tool in their tool box during the week to keep themselves connected, clear and grounded.

Gift yourself this weekly self care by joining me this term beginning Tues July 30th for a series of meditations infused with the underlying intention and energy of Valuing Self.
