Whether you're a seasoned sprinter, a casual jogger, or you’re just looking for a splash of fun, this event has something for you. Lace-up your sneakers and get ready to sweat! We're also encouraging socialising after the run with brunch. Join us at Waterview Cafe in Bicentennial Park after the run to mingle and enjoy a delicious meal. It's a great way to connect with fellow participants and make new friends. We promise it'll be worth your time.

What to expect:
- Short briefing before the start of the run.
- Brief warm-up sessions and tips from experienced runners to prepare everyone for the run.
- Choice of 3k or 5k walk, run and sweat.
- Strava will be used to record run time/distance.
- Inclusivity and a supportive environment for everyone to participate regardless of their running experience.

- Socialising after the run at breakfast/brunch.
