    An ONLINE wellbeing program that guides you in the practices of yoga, breathwork or meditation in order to bring about states of health, balance and wellbeing. This is a group program guided by Jenny, a qualified Yoga & Meditation teacher and Yoga Therapist.

    It doesn't matter if you want to focus on yoga or breathing practices or meditation. You can choose your own adventure in this program based on what's happening for you in your life and the areas of wellbeing that you are looking to develop.

    You'll receive a selection of yoga, breathwork and meditation practice videos categorised by the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual states that you feel inspired to work with each day. Choose the video that's relevant to you. The online program will allow you to track your daily progress and you'll also have the option of sharing your experience or asking questions in the comments section. You'll receive group support, motivation and expert guidance along the way.

    4 Week Group ONLINE Yoga Therapy Program for Health & Wellbeing runs from 17 Dec 2023 to 13 Jan 2023

    While a daily practice (even if it's a short one) is recommended, you'll still experience benefits from a minimum of 3 classes/week. But let's face it, any amount of yoga and meditation that is more than what you are currently doing is going to help. No matter how many times you practice, you'll will receive positive reinforcement for every class you can do. We're here to uplift and inspire, no matter where you are at!

    Here's how it works: You'll get access to our private online platform on Mighty Networks where a selection of yoga, breathwork or meditation videos will be categorised according to wellbeing outcomes. Track your daily progress online. You'll also be encouraged to let us know in the comments which class you practiced and give us some short feedback on how the class went for you. Others will support you with a "Cheer" and let you know which class they practiced as well. The success of the program lies with positive engagement on the group page. Motivate yourself by motivating others.

    What kinds of classes can you expect? Yoga, breathwork, chanting, & meditation videos for helping with energy flows, building strength, reducing stress, improving sleep, finding emotional balance, improving flexibility, grounding and more.  All lead to an improved state of holistic health and wellbeing.
