Frankincense is also commonly used in sacred ceremonies around the world and in the practice of meditation. Frankincense, also known as olibanum, is made from the resin of the Boswellia tree. This tree typically grows in the dry, mountainous regions of India, Africa, and the Middle East.

Frankincense has a woody, spicy smell and can be inhaled, absorbed through the skin, or taken as a supplement. It is believed by a large number of individuals that it may assist in bringing about the purification of the mind, body, and soul.

Because of its many benefits and aromatic properties, frankincense has been used since 1500 BCE. It is a resin that has a strong scent. Frankincense has a long history of being used in religious and spiritual practices worldwide. It also had its place in old French history. It grows well in Africa and the Middle east and across the Arabian peninsula. Frankincense is still widely popular. It is widely believed that the three wise men presented Jesus with a gift of frankincense as one of their gifts given thousands of years ago.

Her sessions are powerful and uplifting, she pours her love and compassion into every breath and brings in as much support and love from spirit to protect you and maximise your experience and healing as possible.... GENERAL PREP FOR THE SESSION

Please bring along anything that will make you feel warm and cosy, no tight clothing and bring water for afterwards!

Bring along your yoga mat or something to lie on and a blanket for warmth and comfort. I recommend not eating 2 hours beforehand and eating light natural foods that day is also recommended, come hydrated but it's best not to drink too much just before the journey.
