ABOUT THE MODULE

This is a 4-hour face to face course covering the critical components of Business Resilience, with a specific focus on Defence Industry. It covers an understanding of the 7 Components of Business Resilience, then explores Defence Industry business continuity planning, relevant standards and best practices, followed by unpacking the elements of supply chain resilience (up and down) then introduces practical strategies to enhance your overall business.

This is a Practitioner level course, covering intermediate to advanced level application of best practices and business continuity analytics. This course has been designed for a broad mix of roles, focused on the executive decision makers, business owners and Defence Industry Prime program and/or project team leads.

This program is proudly funded and supported by the Queensland Government.
