Black Gospel! Rhythm & freedom! Open To everyone!
Tony works with the passionate and exciting African-American repertoire, focusing on spirituals, gospel songs old and new, choral and quartet styles, and embracing South African church songs. The emphasis is on harmony, collective improvisation and freedom of expression.
No music-reading skills are required, and you may record the sessions.
TICKETING - Numbers are limited and usually sell out so we suggest pre booking. A waiting list will be available if you miss out. Tickets CANNOT be purchased at the door.Â
WHAT TO BRINGÂ Please bring your own tea mug/cup and BYO water bottle with water.Â
If you could please bring a share plate for morning tea on one of the two days, that would be most appreciated.
MORNING TEA -Â Teas will be supplied. Good coffee can found in nearby cafes.
LUNCH - We want to maximise your singing experience with Tony so BYO lunch.
There are also nearby food outlets on the main street.
PARKING -Â available in the streets around the township.Â
