Courageous Conversations Presents: "Grandmas Hands... "
Event description
An Afternoon of Courageous Conversations presents, 'Grandma's Hands'
This event is an afternoon of connecting with, kneading with, holding and honouring Grandma's hands.
We'll share stories of our Nanna's, Grandmas, Nonnas, Mothers. We'll share stories of crocheted camphor bags and Vicks rubbed into tender chests, of the smell of chicken soup on the stove and what it means to be loved unconditionally.
We'll make scones. We'll drink tea. And if our guest of honour has anything to do with it we'll likely drink a sneaky G&T out of a sparkly disco cup too.
That's all you need to know for now (logistics are below). If this sparks something within, some wonder or curiosity, please join us. You'll be in good company.
We look forward to meeting you and hearing your stories about Grandma's Hands.
* If this event is sold out please add your name to the waitlist and if there is enough interest we'll add a second date.
