We will meet at Asbury United Methodist Church (look for the 15 passenger vans) at 5:00 pm on the Friday of the retreat and grab some grub on the way up. Meals will be provided all day Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Then we will grab some lunch (and pies) at Lea's Lunch Room on the way home. We should be back around 2:30 pm on Sunday. We'll get the kids to call parents when we are an hour out. The only spending money the teens will need will be for food on the way up and back ($20 - $30 should work) and for the YSF store (optional) which sells t shirts, candy, necklaces and other items (prices range from $0.50 for candy to $30 for a hoodie). Bath towels and bed linens are provided for you! Most of the rooms have double beds. If you are uncomfortable sharing a bed with another person, you may want to bring an air mattress, pillow, and sleeping bag or bed linens. Here's what else to bring:

Jacket or Coat (watch the weather forecast. We will be outside for worship on Saturday Night.)

Small Umbrella

Personal Toiletry Items

Comfortable closed toe shoes

Money for food on the way up and back ($30 should cover it)

Money for the YSF Auction/YSF Store/Candy Grams (optional)

Electronic devices are allowed BUT are brought at owners own risk. They must remain in the room at all times and if they are confiscated for misuse, Asbury and the Louisiana Conference are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
