  • Connect with your inner peace at our yoga session, guided by certified instructor Ruchi Kumar. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this session is for everyone!

  • Part of the proceeds will support Lenox hill women’s mental health shelters, suggested donation $20.

  • Please bring your own mat, water bottle, and a positive spirit!
