MANDALA: circle, a symbol of perfection, eternity, unity.
Active Consciousness meditation, otherwise known as Ananda Mandala is an ancient & extremely powerful process.
This meditation is about clearing out any stagnants, stuck energy in your chakras, awakening the kundalini energy & enhancing your state of consciousness. This meditation reminds us that life is beautiful.
The meditation will be followed by a blessing which quietens the suffering of the mind and brings forth joy & bliss.
This is a powerfully intense meditation where we use the powers of our breath and energies of our chakras to explore our discomforts and expand into beauty! Its a beautiful wild adventure, which has you wanting to come back for more!
*This event is not suitable for pregnant women or those with heart issues.
Please bring a puffer if you have asthma as a precaution as we will focus on breath techniques

Please wear comfy clothes, this will be a seated meditation.
There are plenty of bolsters and blankets at the studio, please feel free to bring your own for more support
Water, we will focus on a breath technique so please note you may get parched!
Journal and pen, lots of images, downloads and insights can arise, so please feel free to note things down post meditation.Â
