What is KAP?

KAP is a direct energy transmission that activates the process of Kundalini awakening. In a KAP session, spontaneous movements can and do arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realisations. But these are just some of the side effects that can and do happen.

Parmiss is a Multidimensional Coach, Level 2 KAP Facilitator, and Non-Dual Transmission Teacher devoted to guiding others through deep inner transformation. Her work blends powerful energy healing with shadow work, subconscious reprogramming, NLP and embodied coaching to help people break free from limiting patterns and reconnect with their authentic selves.

She is the founder of Ahleph and MindPack, and the creator of the Power of Detachment (POD) framework—a transformational process for releasing attachment and reclaiming personal power.

With over 13 years of yoga practice, a background in conscious marketing, and experience leading workshops and retreats across the globe, Parmiss bridges the spiritual and the practical to help you rewrite your story—fully, freely, and in flow.

Meet Sami

Sami is a dedicated KAP Level 1 facilitator with over a decade of experience in energy healing and personal transformation. Her journey into the healing arts began with Master Reiki, where she honed her ability to channel energy for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Over the years, she deepened her expertise by attaining Psych K Master, blending subconscious reprogramming with her intuitive approach. She is also a QHHT practitioner.

Sami's facilitation style is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a deep understanding of the human energy system. Her sessions create a safe, transformative space for clients to reconnect with their inner power and expand their consciousness. Through KAP, she guides participants on a journey of activation, healing, and self-discovery, helping them to rewrite their stories and embrace a life of flow and alignment.
