UC Medical and Counselling Centre are offering a FREE group for University of Canberra students who have been diagnosed with ADHD, or who may think they have ADHD.

This group explores understanding and developing strategies to manage concentration, attention, and time more effectively, as well as the importance of routine and structure in our day-to-day lives.

Please note: From Semester 2, 2025, this group will run weekly, alternating between on-campus and online sessions. Each week’s content will be delivered on campus one week and repeated online the following week. To avoid repetition, we recommend choosing either on-campus or online sessions and attending every second week.
