You set up an AI assistant that already holds your business, your offers, your rates and the way you talk, so every job you hand it starts with all of that loaded.

Everything comes back as a draft in your voice. You read it, change what you want, send it. Minutes instead of hours.

What happens on the day

This is built live, on screen, step by step. No slides about what AI could theoretically do. You watch each piece get made, build yours alongside it, and leave with it working on your own laptop.

You take the instructions home

Every step is written up on your own landing page and instruction manual. Come back to it in three weeks when you’ve forgotten a detail, or send it to whoever else works in the business. Nothing to memorise on the day, and nothing lost when the room empties out.

Who should attend

Small business owners and sole traders who wear every hat and feel like they’re redoing the same work every week.

It suits you whether you’ve never opened an AI tool, or you’ve been using one for a year and suspect you’re barely scratching what it can do for your business. Both people get something out of the same two hours, because the setup is built around your business, not a generic example.

It’s less suited to you if you’re after developer tooling, APIs or deep technical automation, or if you want AI theory and industry trends rather than hands-on building.

What to bring

A laptop, so you can build as we go. Free accounts on Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini are fine and we’ll help you set one up if you don’t have one.

Also bring examples of the work you repeat: emails, client replies, quote follow-ups, social posts, booking messages. The more real material you bring, the more useful what you build will be.
