Why is this important?

We don't know what we don't know.

Businesses, agencies, services, products, and people are doing wonderful things to support individuals and families through ageing, caring, life transitions, and end-of-life. Yet finding the right information or support can be difficult, especially when you don't know where to look. This applies to the community and professionals alike.

Aligned Care & Connect, by Honouring Life Education, aims to change that.

By coming together, sharing what we do, and learning what others can offer, we build a more connected pool of knowledge. One that helps us recognise opportunities, understand available support and make it easier for the people we work with, represent and care about to find what they need.

Who is invited?

People and organisations working with, representing or supporting those who are:

Planning for retirement, downsizing or their next stage of life.
Navigating My Aged Care, aged care services or carer support.
Choosing to stay well and independent at home.
Supporting a partner, family member or someone else.
Seeking information, services or connection to improve their quality of life.

This includes businesses, agencies, service providers, community organisations and individuals across health, aged care, legal, financial, housing, relocation, wellbeing, legacy planning, death care and related services.
