Amateur Radio Information Session
Event description
The Adelaide Hills Amateur Radio Society (AHARS) in conjunction with the City of Mitcham will be conducting information sessions that will provide attendees with an overview of Amateur Radio, describe the various facets of this interesting hobby and how to obtain their amateur radio licence. Interested parties will then be able to attend free one day classes and examinations leading to a nationally recognised Foundation Amateur Radio Licence.
Refreshments will be provided on the night so bookings are essential.
