There’s no better way to celebrate than with the queen of all wines: Champagne.
Join us for an end-of-year Champagne celebration as we dive into the region’s extraordinary world, from its terroir, grape varieties and winemaking techniques to the icons, myths and marketing that shaped its global fame.
We’ll explore the women who reinvented the industry, the Russians who couldn’t get enough of it, and a few of the truths and tall tales behind one of the world’s most famous wines.
The evening will feature six wines from Champagne Bollinger and a mystery seventh wine, all paired with a light menu and guided by our ever knowledgeable (and always entertaining) sommelier, Jay Bessell.
