Anther x Songbird Dinner: Botanicals of Geelong & The Bellarine

Experience a bespoke collaboration event between Anther Geelong Distillery and Songbird Thai BBQ, Geelong for the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival 2025 on Thursday March 27th from 7pm.

This event will be held at Songbird, renowned for its rich and vibrant flavours of Northern Thailand. With the menu focused on BBQ meats, chilli, and acids developed through pickling and fermentation, it is the perfect cuisine for a four-course dining experience with carefully considered cocktails to match.

At Anther Geelong Distillery we select the finest botanicals to perfect an ever-evolving distilling process. Dervilla McGowan and Sebastian Reaburn will collaborate with chef Nathan Lancaster to craft the most exquisite cocktail pairing for this four-course experience as well as a unique one of a kind take home spirit exclusively distilled for this special event.

This dining experience will be sprinkled with presentations and culinary surprises to delight the senses as we dive into the culinary history of the region. We will also collaborate with our friends and local shrub creator at Curious Cabinet to ensure we have a unique non alcoholic cocktail pairing on offer ensuring a memorable experience for all.
