May Full Moon Breathwork & Cacao in Bondi
This is my LAST EVENT before I head overseas. I will do an event in November but these will no longer be monthly.

Take advantage of the energy that comes with the Full Moon. Reconnect and realign to your true Self to reach your fullest potential. This is a great time energetically to reflect and release as the lunar cycle comes to completion.

Craving a deeper connection to yourself? How about connection with like-minded people? Do you want to be still and gain access to great clarity to set intentions for 2025 while using the energy of the full moon to support you? How about an optional dip in the ocean after the event- under the full moon? Then this event is for YOU!

Join Master Breathwork Instructor Victoria Maurer (@thebalancedcorporate) for a rejuvenating Breathwork session in the Seagull Room at Bondi Pavilion. Connect with your breath, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to unwind and recharge while enjoying the beautiful energy of the full moon. We'll start the session with a ceremonial cacao ritual where we set our intentions and finish with community connection under the full moon.

There is a reason why Breathwork is getting so much hype, if you haven't tried it yet, what are you waiting for? Come breathe, relax, and elevate your well-being with us!

This session is open to all levels and will provide transformative and blissful experience for all.

What to expect:

A Greater Connection to Self
A chance to meet and connect with like-minded people
Guided time to reflect and set intentions for your personal growth
To learn about Breathwork and how it can benefit your life in so many ways
To peel back the layers and align with your most authentic self
Nervous System Regulation that will positively influence all areas of your life

Agenda for the event:

Introduction to Breathwork from Victoria, Master Breathwork Instructor: To make sure you feel completely comfortable, Victoria will provide an introduction to Breathwork: what it is, the science behind how and why it works, how it can benefit you, and what to expect during the session.
Learn Practical Breathing Tools: Learn simple, effective Breathwork techniques that you can take with you to improve performance, reduce the risk of burnout, and create a sense of calm in your everyday life.
Ceremonial Cacao & Intention Setting: We'll start with a warm yummy ceremonial cacao to help you open your heart and connect to yourself. We'll set our intentions for the session and take time to reflect and journal about what we are releasing with the Full Moon and what we are making space to call in.
Breakthrough Breathwork Session: This is where the magic happens! A transformative Breathwork session guided by Master Breathwork Instructors, Victoria to music. This session will create a safe space for you to release emotional and physical tension and leave you feeling relaxed, regulated, and deeply connected to your True Self.
Integration & Connection: We’ll finish the session by coming together for a wholesome chat under the full moon to reflect on and integrate the experience together. There will be an option to join us for a dip in the ocean after the event if you are keen!
