Join Helen & Chloe for an immersion with Artemesia (Mugwort).

This sacred plant weaves between the worlds and this journey is created to meet her there. Through the medicine of movement (yoga), meditation and sound we invite the spirit of Artemesia into the space to share her magic.

Beginning with a tea ceremony to open the connection and honour the medicine of Artemesia, we will move into some slow Yin Yoga to ease the body into relaxation followed by a meditation and sound journey.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS

Chloe is a Multi-instrumentalist and gifted songwriter. You'll be bathed in sounds from many instruments but specifically Chloes voice, profound and touching. Chloes voice is often described as ancient, powerful and pure and she sings original songs and medicine music in many languages that bring you out of the thinking mind and into emotional presence. She plays crystals bowls, First Nation flutes, monochord, Handpan and other stunning Sound Healing instruments.

Helen is a yoga facilitator specialising in Yin, Yoga Nidra & Restorative practices rooted from traditional teachings & philosophies. Also an energy, body & breath worker, she calls upon a wealth of tools to guide and curate spaces for people to slow down, find stillness, connect inwards and remember who they are.

Both Helen & Chloe are immersed in the world of plants, their power and the service to bring their healing benefits and wisdom to these spaces.
