Ashtanga Yoga Full Primary Led Class
We are offering regular Mysore style and Full Primary Led Classes on Saturday in Buranda (Woollongabba).
The Ashtanga Yoga Led Primary Series class is taught with the traditional Sanskrit count and students move together with the count through the set sequence of postures known as Primary Series. Class starts at 5:45am (90 mins) on Monday. Mysore classes are held on Wednesday (5:30am-7:30am) and Saturday (7am-8:30am).
Fee: $25 a class
