A once in a lifetime opportunity to hear the original songs of both composer Themos Mexis and Songwriter Eleni Elefterias with some of the best vocalists in the Greek Australian community of Sydney, Sandy Constantopedos, Irene Vacondios, Felicia Harris and special guest Kostas Polydoropoulos.

Lineup
Themos Mexis
Themos is an award-winning composer who has performed his music in Australia and overseas. He has conducted large orchestras and choirs, as well as smaller ensembles. At this performance he is joined by vocalists Irene Vacondios and Sandy Constantopedos to perform some of his most loved works from his "Dodekacyclos" song cycle. This work is based on Greek myths and legends as well as on poems and lyrics by Greek and Greek-Australian authors.
Sandy Constantopedos
Sandy is an accomplished vocalist who has performed as a soloist in major Greek Australian concerts with internationally acclaimed artists. Tonight he joins Irene Vacondios to perform the original works of musical composer Themos Mexis.
Irene Vacondios
Irene has been singing since she was 5. She is a well-known soloist of various genres and styles. She is honoured to join Sandy Constantopedos in this collaboration to perform some of the beautifully written songs of Themos Mexis alongside the musical composer himself.
Eleni Elefterias
Eleni has been writing songs and singing since the age of 13. As a young girl she was twice granted a Vocal scholarship at the extension school of the Conservatorium of Music and studied with Roslyn Dunbar and Helen McKinnon. In 1983, she received a grant from Australia Council for the Arts to study Music in Greece where she attended the Skalkotas Conservatorium and the National conservatorium of Greece where she studied some vocal, classical guitar and composition studies with composer Timotheos Arvanitakis.
Felicia Harris
Felicia is a singer and musical director performing in musical theatre productions and concerts. She has been arranging, performing and recording Eleni's original music for many years. She is currently rehearsing for a production of Come from Away with the Strathfield Musical Society.
Kostas Polydoropoulos
Kostas is originally from Crete and from a young age studied classical guitar and played in a rock group. In Australia, he joined various groups and had his own Greek band called NEA GENIA (New Generation). He has performed as a soloist at major concerts for composers Themos Mexis and Timotheos Arvanitakis and he continues to perform at the Yia Mas Greek restaurant in St Peters.
