Complementing the breathwork experience, Kyle Lam will curate a special gong bath immersion. Gong immersions, with their combination of intensity and serenity, help bring out blocked or stagnant energy from the body. Kyle's session breaks apart emotional and energetic blockages surfaced by the breathwork, leaving participants in a gentle state of harmony and ease.
