Step into 40 days of guided practice designed to illuminate your commitment to well-being and happiness.

Join us on a transformative journey that will set the tone for the year ahead. They say it takes 40 days to form a habit, and over these 40 days, we will commit to ourselves and to the practice.

Through yoga, meditation, and relaxation, you'll experience what it feels like to connect deeply with your innate state of harmony and peace, allowing these effects to ripple into every area of your life

The 40 day practice will be structured in 4 segments, to support sustained focus for a self-reflective home practice. Every ten days you will have access to three recorded practices, so you can join us no matter where you are or when it’s convenient for you.

Each segment includes ✨️

Guided meditation
Gentle yoga flow (15 to 30 minutes)
Restorative yin yoga practice (70 minutes)

Sadhana is a sacred commitment to your heart’s calling. When our bodies are tired and our minds exhausted, we have limited capacity to experience life in its fullness.
