Join us for our exclusive high-performance surfing camp in Byron Bay this school holidays!

Our October school-holiday camp for advanced surfers is a unique opportunity for athletes to engage with former WSL professional surfers, mentors and like-minded peers, and enhance their skills in a supportive, professional environment.

Athletes will get a glimpse of what it's like to train at the elite level and will gain insights into what it takes to perform at their best. Looking for something special? This is your camp!

This program is for kids and teens between 8-16yrs of age. Groups will be split into two age groups.

Who's It For?

This advanced boys camp is suitable for surfers between the age of 8-16 yrs old who are:

surfing confidently on their own and are ready to refine their skills and want to take their surfing to the next level.

eager to progress their maneuvers, including turns, surfing above the lip and other advanced techniques.

Our coaches will often stay on the beach, where they observe, film, and photograph each participant’s surfing. They will provide detailed, objective feedback without being in the water.

For maximum impact and personalised coaching, we will be splitting the groups into two age groups:

8-11 yrs
12-16 yrs

The Camp and What to Expect

Our focus areas will be to master complex manoeuvres such as powerful cutbacks, critical re-entries, smooth transitions to enhance performance and style and we will be practisisng decision-making in the lineup. By the end of the program, your child will have improved their surfing skills, gained practical tools for navigating competitive environments, made new friends and developed effective mental strategies to excel both in the water and under pressure.

Expert training with our professional surfers, who have had years of experience competing and developing athletes.

High-Performance Insights
Focused on nutrition for performance, preparation, and more from the experts in their respective fields.

Surf Video Analysis
Reviewing the filmed footage with kids and teens. This process helps to analyse individual techniques, highlight strengths, and identifies areas for improvement. We will refine skills and help to improve their overall performance.

Strength & Conditioning
Expert training and surf-specific movement classes

Surf Skating
On-land training, practicing manoeuvres that will help improve surfing skills. We will be perfecting turns, and other techniques in a fun, skatepark environment.

Surf contest
Advanced surf competitions, challenges and games to test skills
Ocean Awareness and Nature Connection
Continuing to build knowledge of ocean safety and environmental responsibility. Including basic first aid and surf rescue techniques.
