Live4Life Southern Grampians invites you to participate in our Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) course—a transformative program designed to equip adults with the skills to support young people facing mental health challenges.
Course Overview:
Format: Blended learning combining self-paced online modules (5–7 hours) with a one-day in-person workshop.
Face-to-Face Session: Monday, 18 August 2025, from 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM
Location: Hamilton Base Hospital, Education Centre, 20 Foster Street, Hamilton VIC 3300
