Gemma will give direction into the poses, intentionally leaving spacious silences between cues. This minimal guidance ensures you can connect deeply with your own breath and body, free from external distractions.

As you settle into stillness, Leticia will bathe the room in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, calming your nervous system and clearing mental clutter. The perfect antidote to stress. You will leave feeling entirely grounded, spacious, and ready for a blissful night's sleep. All levels welcome; just bring a mat and cozy layers.
