Join us for an amazing morning of Breakthrough Breathwork and cold exposure.

Breakthrough Breathwork is a transformative practise that guides you into altered states of consciousness where profound healing, growth and emotional release can take place.

We will start together with a warm cup of cacao and an introduction to the practise of breathwork. We will then get comfy, and be guided through a powerful breathwork session together. The session will conclude with Ice Baths as we learn the physical and mental benefits of cold exposure therapy.

Together we will explore the power of the breath, the power of community and the power of our own bodies to heal, release and regulate.

Spots are strictly limited for this event and are first in first served basis.

Breakthrough Breathwork is completely safe and beneficial for most people, but if you fall under the following categories you cannot take part in Breakthrough Breathwork/ this event.
