Breasties Hub + The Quiet Courage Foundation Day JULY Retreat

We’re so excited to welcome you to our Breast Cancer Survivors & Thrivers Retreat, proudly hosted by Breasties Hub and The Quiet Courage Foundation.

On Saturday 18 July, we will gather at the stunning InterContinental Sanctuary Cove for a day centred on connection, gentle healing and shared understanding. Surrounded by water and nature, this space offers the perfect backdrop to pause, breathe and come together.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, currently navigating treatment, or years beyond it, this retreat is for you. Every woman’s experience is different, yet there is something deeply powerful about being in a room where nothing needs to be over-explained.

Together we will move through a thoughtfully curated program of wellness experiences, meaningful conversations and opportunities to connect in a calm and nurturing environment. As always, our intention is to create a space where you feel supported, understood and not alone.

For this retreat, accommodation is available on site at a discounted rate. Staying overnight is completely optional — the retreat itself remains a full day experience, and you are absolutely welcome to attend without booking a room.

Accommodation is booked separately to your retreat ticket via a dedicated link we will provide. This means your room reservation is made directly with the resort, independent of your retreat booking. Once your ticket has been secured, we will send through the exclusive booking link and details so you can arrange your stay if you wish.

While there is a ticket price, this is a fully non-profit event — every dollar goes towards creating this special day.
