She helps clients regulate their nervous system through breathwork, release stress, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Denise Manns: With 20+ years of architectural experience, Denise has been exploring Sacred Geometry since 2015, integrating its principles into design to enhance well-being. Sacred Geometry serves as a direct language to interpret the invisible forces that shape our Universe, from our DNA to the cosmos. Its harmonic proportions create order and coherence affecting our electromagnetic field and consciousness levels, contributing to balance and healing.
Her work both in architecture, design and workshops revives this ancient wisdom creating spaces and environments that support harmony, energy, and personal well-being.
