We function.
We show up.
We carry what needs carrying.

And yet the body often stays quietly switched on.

Breathe & Restore is an invitation to step out of constant doing and into rest.

This two-hour gathering is a gentle breathwork experience designed to support the nervous system to down-regulate and rest deeply.

During the session you will be guided through:

• a 60-minute down-regulation breath journey
• immersive sound to support rest and integration
• time afterwards for tea and fruit, allowing space to land and connect

This session is calm and accessible. It is not high-intensity breathwork.

Open to all. No previous breathwork experience is needed.

Whether you are new to breathwork or returning to it, this space offers a doorway back to yourself.

Breathe & Restore is part of a regular monthly series held on the third Saturday, offering a steady rhythm of nervous system care throughout the year.

Yoga mats and props are provided at the studio.
Parking is available onsite.
Full details will be shared after booking.
