Brought to you by SMSG and DEGANZ, with the generous support of APRA AMCOS, sit in on this opportunity to hear of the speakers' experiences, philosophies, and ideas about post-production practices and collaborations between the trades. With the aim to foster a stronger and more respectful relationship between these important groups, the discussion will be followed by a Q & A session, opportunity to mingle with drinks and nibbles! Featuring industry professionals:Â Stephen Gallagher, Grayson Gilmour, Greg Jennings, Ben Powdrell, Miranda Harcourt, Stuart McKenzie, and Gretchen Peterson!
Stephen is an Emmy-winning music editor, tea-loving composer, and has worked on several projects including composing the score for the highly anticipated Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim! We are also delighted to have Ben Powdrell join us for the event. Ben is an editor and VFX editor, and his most recent project includes being the editor of Red, White and Brass, which is currently showing in cinemas. Miranda Harcourt, a legendary actor, acting coach, and director, will also be joining us. Miranda has worked on several notable projects throughout her career, including co-directing The Changeover (2017) with Stuart McKenzie, who will also be in attendance. Stuart McKenzie, a director and playwright, will be joining us as well. Stuart's notable projects include co-directing The Changeover (2017) with Miranda Harcourt. Greg Jennings, an editor and DOP, will also be joining us for the event. Greg's work includes being the editor of Lowdown Dirty Criminals (2020), along with many other projects. Lastly, we have Grayson Gilmour, a composer, music editor, and songwriter, who will also be joining us. Among other accomplishments Grayson has written music for several feature films, including Shopping (2013).
