Event description

Brisbane it's time to get your chilli on once again!  Body and Soul Australia  EntertainmenT and Events is again bringing Briz Chilli Fest to life so Brisbane can have its very own chilli festival.

Once again we have chosen Cystic Fibrosis Queensland as our charity partner, so please come along and help us raise some much-needed money for the sufferers of this insidious disease. 

This year even more chilli food eating competitions!

Great Balls of Fire  - Australian Extreme Chilli Condiments will be rolling out your worst nightmare on a plate.  Speed event.

Napalm Noodles Champion - Plant Visions brings you the nastiest noodle experience you may care to remember.  Speed and Endurance. 

Fiery Pod Eating Champion - Rob Webb of The Chilli Market Place will MC and oversee a complex series of pod and extract eating challenges with the last man/woman standing crowned the winner!

Tequila Sip n Shout Champion  - Tequila infused for six months with 6 moruga scorpion chillis will separate the men/women from the mice!  Take a sip and shout as loud as you possibly can so the people over at Bulimba can hear you!! 

Burning Burritos - speed and endurance required to eat a large burrito packed with chilli evil.

Flaming Wings Champion - Rob Zocaro of Firing Line Gourmet Chilli will be putting his "volanic" touch on these wings.
