Can everyday habits enhance your well-being in 2025? It's estimated that forty percent of your daily actions are habits. The "Build Your Ideal Day" program, based on behavioral science, can guide you in making small changes that will help you become the best version of yourself in 2025.

Wellbeing habit change workshop
- 90-minutes in-person workshop exploring the science of well-being habit change. Includes workshop materials and access to blog and podcast series.
- 60-minute virtual group habit coaching session (6.00PM Tuesday 4th February 2025)
- Four week habit change challenge (habit tracker)
